Our Services

We provide safe, reliable transport across London and the neighbouring boroughs for children and adults with additional needs. Most of our work comes from local authorities, and we plan each route with the council, the school or care team, and the family.​

Our drivers and passenger assistants are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding, first aid and disability awareness. Every journey is risk assessed before it starts. If a timetable or a passenger's needs change, we change the route to suit.

Consistency matters. Unlike a minicab or hackney carriage, we keep the same driver and passenger assistant on each route wherever we can. Younger and vulnerable passengers travel with people they know, which helps them feel settled and comfortable.

 

We also work for guardianship companies and international schools. We collect overseas students and unaccompanied children from the airport and take them to their school or accommodation, and they are met by someone trained to look after them.

Councils and social care teams also ask us for journeys outside school transport: emergency moves, welfare visits and other trips where the passenger needs extra care. We handle these quietly and with respect for the person's circumstances.

We plan and run every route on iDigital, transport management software we built ourselves for this kind of work. It holds each passenger's needs, every driver's and passenger assistant's checks, and the details of every route, so the right people turn up with the right vehicle every day.

Families can also book us privately, for the school run, hospital appointments or a trip of their own, with the same trained drivers and the same care.
